Lequita Sharrock – Founder/President
Lequita Sharrock is the CEO of Sharrock Media Group and founder of the 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, Beyond The Booth, Inc. She is a spiritual visionary who has dedicated her life to God and the servanthood of humanity.
Sharrock’s career ventures include being a certified professional life, business and Christian coach. The work in these areas is rooted in helping individuals maximize their full potential in all aspects of their personal and professional lives.
Additional credentials include mental health first-aid certification, being a guardian advocate and a notary in the state of Florida.
She hosts a podcast titled UnStoppable with Lequita Sharrock. This show features inspirational commentary highlighting individuals who’ve applied faith-based actions to achieve resilient results. The podcast led to her becoming a guest columnist for the Tallahassee Democrat.
Sharrock is a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She currently resides in Tallahassee, Florida with her husband Rory and two sons, Taylor and Grant McCoy. Their youngest child, Paige McCoy, lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
Adrian Dickey – Co-Founder
Adrian Dickey is a Grammy Award-winning engineer the owner and CEO of Goldie Sound Productions. This recording studio is based in his hometown of Tallahassee, Florida.
Dickey is a graduate of Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. After finishing school, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia and worked as an intern at Patchwerk Studio. He was later promoted to a paid staff position at the studio.
His engineering credits include working with artists such as Lloyd, Usher, Monica, Gucci Man, Jeezy, Shawty Redd, Asher Roth, Summerella, Kodak Black and more.
He opened Goldie Sound Productions in 2015. His community involvement with the studio spanned from hosting “In the Mix” networking sessions to a Back 2 School drive.
Danielle Archer, Ed.D., LMHC – Board Member
Dr. Danielle Archer is a licensed mental health professional with over 11 years of experience in the industry. She is the owner of Archer Counseling Services and The Artist Mind. Archer is a mental health advocate who is dedicated to quality service. This includes providing education about positive treatment and eliminating negative stigmas.
As the leader of Archer Counseling Services, she guides her team in offering therapy and clinical supervision for patients. The Artist Mind focuses on people working in the music industry.
Archer has a Bachelor of Science degree in behavioral science with a concentration in psychology from the New York Institute of Technology. She earned a Master of Science in counseling psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Her Doctorate of Education in pastoral community counseling is from Argosy University.
She currently resides in the Orlando area with her husband, Danny, and their three children.
